UNISON has state of the art fully automatic SMT production line to assemble products. We have in-house R&D department where we research and design all mechanical molds, PCB parts and other auxiliaries with help of 3D software to attain utmost design quality. We have world class equipments to test and simulate our products to stay at par to global standards while in alliance with our Hon. Prime Minister “Make In India” concept. Our manufacturing facility adds upto 46,300 sq feet of area.

• Non repetitive surge peak on-state current (I_TSM) test. As per data sheet surge is given for 9.8 mS.
• Max. Peak repetitive Forward off-state Voltage (V_DRM)
• Max. Peak repetitive Forward off-state current (I_DRM)
• Max. Peak repetitive reverse off-state Voltage (V_RRM)
• Max. Peak repetitive reverse off-state current (I_RRM)
• Max. DC Gate trigger voltage (V_GT)
• Max. DC Gate trigger current (I_GT)
• Turn off Time (T_Q) Test
• Max. rate of rise off-state voltage (dV/dT)
• Digital isolation test up to 10 KV for 1 minute
